They finally realize that becoming a beast is not about doing as many reps and sets as possible…
It’s about pushing your limit, and consistently increasing your limit.
And when you know how to do this properly…
You’ll make way more progress than your friends who train for hours doing random exercises and junk volume…
Then, once you tell them that your secret is doing only 2 sets (while they’re training 5 times more than you)…
They’ll probably tell you:
“Nah bro… your secret is that you’re on Tren” 😂 🗿
Because with calisthenics, you don’t have to do an exercise for every single muscle group…
In fact, I built my “famous biceps” with no bicep exercises.

This is possible because you’re actually pushing your muscles to the limit when you use the 2-set method…
And since pull exercises train your biceps, back and core at the same time…
And push exercises train your chest, triceps and shoulders all at once…
This means, you don’t need more than 2 exercises per session to push ALL those muscles to the limit and become a beast.
(Note: it’s good for you to train your forearms, wrists and lower back sometimes if you want to avoid injury)

Whenever you increase intensity… you need to lower the volume.
That’s just how the human body works, it doesn’t matter what sport it is…
Which means, if you do 2 sets at the maximum intensity that your body can handle (safely)...

And since you’re not constantly fatigued from doing too many reps and sets…
This allows you to push the limit and add an extra 5KGs every session (yes, I said every session) in the beginning…
And then, you’ll add 2.5KG every session when you reach a higher level.
This is how my students are consistently able to add 40KGs to their weighted dips and 30 KG to their weighted pull ups in 16 weeks.
